Welcome to Telemark Lodge at Copper Mountain Resort, Colorado. The Telemark Lodge Condominium Association wants to take this opportunity to Welcome You and provide you with Building and Resort information so your stay at Telemark Lodge is an enjoyable, memorable experience and you will quickly feel right at home. Telemark Lodge is a privately owned building and is not a condo/ hotel affiliated with Copper Mountain Resort.

Telemark Lodge is not a hotel and does not belong to Copper Mountain Resort. It is an independent Condominium Association where all units are privately owned. Some of the units in the building are rented by owners and various Rental Management Companies.
1st Floor (Ground Floor): Lobby, Lock Boxes, Ski and Snowboard Rack, Luggage Carts, Restrooms, Ski Locker Room, Elevator, Blue/Black Recycle Containers, Trash Room, Bicycle and Scooter Storage, East and West Parking Garages are located on the ground floor of the building, which is the first floor. The Lobby front desk and bar are not staffed. Lock Boxes, an unsecured Ski and Snowboard Rack and Luggage Carts are located in the Lobby adjacent to the interior sliding door. Ski Locker Room is by the West Parking Garage. Blue/Black Recycle Containers and Trash Room are in the East Parking Garage.
2nd Floor: Units 2201-2216, Ice Machine, and Trash Chute are on the second floor.
3rd Floor: Units 2301-2316, Hot Tub Facility, and Trash Chute are on the third floor. Hot Tub Facility is open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guest compliance with Hot Tub Facility rules is mandatory to insure the safety of guests. Hot Tub Facility Rules are posted on the Facility Entrance Door, in the Hot Tub Room and are included in the Summary of Association Rules for Homeowners and Guests in the Lobby. Children under 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult, 21 years or older - NO EXCEPTIONS. A shower facility is provided to rinse off,
prior to entering the Hot Tub. The Hot Tub Facility is under 24/7 video surveillance. Guests who violate the Hot Tub Facility Rules will be identified and subject to a fine at the discretion of the Building Manager. A second violation will be brought to the attention of the Board of Directors and could result in removal from the Building.
4th Floor: Units 2401-2416,
Laundry Facility, Vending and Change Machines are located on the fourth floor. The Laundry Facility has two stacked washer/dryer units, an ironing board and folding table. The vending machines are located across from the Laundry Facility. The change machine takes $1.00, $5.00, $10.00, or $20.00 and the laundry vending machine has laundry products.
5th Floor: Units 2501-2516 and Trash Chute are located on the fifth floor.
Vero Networks WiFi & TIVO Streaming Service: The Association provides free rental unit and common area WiFi and TIVO streaming as a courtesy to guests. Each rental unit has a refrigerator mounted placard which provides guest WiFi login credentials for your unit. When transiting building hallways or common areas WiFi is open and available without login credentials.
Skis/Snowboard Storage:
Skis, poles and snowboards are not permitted in the units, the elevator, hallways or stairwells. Ski/Snowboard bags must be stored in your rental unit or vehicle and not in the hallways. Ski/Snowboard storage in the lobby is limited to the wooden racks located adjacent to the lobby entrance. Unit lockers are provided on the first floor and are numbered the same as the rental unit number. There should be several locker keys on lanyards in each unit for the assigned unit locker. If a key is not available, contact the building manager or the 24/7 Axiom Management Group help desk. Additional ski & snowboard storage racks are available in the west garage and south lobby level interior stairwell. Locks for wall mounted ski/snowboard racks are available from the building manager or 24/7 Axiom Management Group help desk for a $20 refundable deposit. Guests are responsible for security of their ski and snowboard equipment. The Association does not accept financial liability for stolen ski and snowboard equipment.
Bicycle and Scooter Storage:
Bicycles and scooters are not permitted in the lobby, rental units, elevator, hallways or stairwells. Bicycles and scooters can be stored in the west garage bike racks. Do not lock bikes or scooters horizontally to wall mounted bike racks. The Bicycle Cage in the west garage is restricted to Owner and tenant use only. Guests are responsible for securing their bicycle and scooter. The Association does not accept financial liability for stolen bicycles and scooters.
Lock Boxes:
Owner Lock Boxes are located in the Lobby adjacent to the interior sliding door. These are commonly used for check-in by VRBO or AirBnB guests.
Luggage Carts:
Telemark Lodge is not a hotel. The Association provides four (4) bellman carts for your convenience. Do not keep a luggage cart in your rental unit. Promptly return carts to the lobby cart corral after unloading your belongings in your rental unit. Management identified violators may be fined.
Pets: Guests and short-term tenants are not permitted to bring pets unless they are ADA certified service animals. Long-term tenants under a lease agreement may have a domestic pet. The Association requires all pets, service animals or not to be on a leash or secured to a guest when in a common area, which includes the lobby, elevator, garages, hallways, stairwells, public bathrooms, and the ski locker room. Pets are not permitted in the Hot Tub Room under any circumstances. Pets must remain on a leash until they are fifteen (15) feet from a Telemark Lodge entrance. Pet owners must clean up after their pets. A pet waste station is located in front of the Building, at the rear lobby entrance and the East and West Wing stairwell landings. All pet waste will be disposed of in a pet station waste container. Guests who violate the Association Pet Policy will be subject to a fine at the discretion of the Building Manager.
Smoking: Telemark Lodge is declared a smoke and drug free building. Illegal drug use and smoking tobacco, vape pens and marijuana/spice consumption are not permitted on Telemark Lodge Association property. The Association does not provide authorized tobacco and marijuana smoking areas on Association property to include stairwells and exterior landings.. Tenants and guests should refer to their lease/rental agreement regarding Owner rules in regards to tobacco smoking, vaping and marijuana/spice consumption in the rental units. Smoking in the Telemark Lodge Lobby, restrooms, ski locker room, hot tub facility, laundry facility, hallways, garages, stairwells, front lobby and west stairwell exterior landings and within 15 feet of the front of the building is
strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to a fine. Violators will be reported to Copper Mountain Security. Guests who are found smoking on Association Property in violation of this rule will be subject to a $20.00 fine at the discretion of the Building Manager.
Quiet Hours: Telemark Lodge has a quiet hour policy between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM daily. Guests will refrain from making loud noises, talking loudly, running in hallways and restrict volume levels when listening to music or viewing television. This policy applies to all units and common areas to include the lobby, elevator, hallways, laundry facility, ski locker room, garages, rear deck, stairwell landings and the front parking lot of the building. If there is a quiet hour violation, contact the Building Manager or Copper Mountain Security at 970-390-6888.
24 Hour Security Camera Video Surveillance: Telemark Lodge Condominiums common areas, such as the lobby, hallways, elevator, stairwell entrances and exits, garages, laundry facility, locker room, hot tub facility and the rear deck and yard are under 24/7 security camera surveillance. Should you have a security related issue please contact the Building Manager, 24/7 Axiom Management Group help desk or Copper Mountain Security at 970-390-6888.
Exterior:
The back yard has a deck with picnic table and gas grill. Guests are required to clean the grill grates and dispose of trash after use. Guests who do not clean up the area after use will be subject to a $20.00 fine at the discretion of the Building Manager.
Issues in Unit: Call the Rental Management Company or Owner you rented the unit from for issues with housekeeping, additional towels or trouble with the TV, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave Oven or Dishwasher.
Emergency Issues in Unit: Call the Building Manager for backed-up toilets, lack of heat, water leaks & electrical issues.
Common Area Issues: Call the Building Manager for problems in the Lobby, Hot Tub Facility, Laundry Facility & Gas Grill.
Trash: Each floor has a trash chute located across from the Elevator.
Do not put trash on the floor outside your rental unit door in the hallway or in the Trash room. There are trash receptacles in various places in and outside the building. Do not put any type of boxes, such as pizza and shipping boxes, down the trash chute because they clog the chute. Dispose of pizza boxes in the lobby level east garage trash room dumpster. Please
do not put recyclables in the trash chutes.
Recycle:
Four blue/black recycle containers are located in the East Garage adjacent to the Lobby entrance. There is a wall mounted poster detailing eligible recycle materials, such as glass, plastics, paper and cardboard. Recyclables should be placed in a paper bag or directly into the Blue Container.
Do not use plastic bags for recyclables and do not put trash in the blue/black recycle containers.
Center Village: Approximately a five minute walk to American Eagle and American Flyer Ski Lifts, Restaurants and Shopping.

Parking at Telemark Lodge:
There is limited free parking on Telemark Lodge property. Only one vehicle per unit is permitted to be parked on property at any time. Parking on property prior to 4:00 PM on check-in day and after 2:00 PM on check-out day is not permitted. Guests
must
register in the Telemark Lodge Parking System by using the QR Code on the refrigerator in the unit the Guest is staying in while at Telemark Lodge. Instructions for registration are located throughout Telemark Lodge and a paper copy is provided in the Lobby. Vehicles not registered in Telemark Lodge's Parking System is subject to being booted or towed at the discretion of the Building Manager.
Parking Passes from Rental Management Companies are not valid and if used by the Guest without registering in the Telemark Lodge Parking System will risk being booted or towed. Due to limited ceiling height and restricted size of parking spaces in the East and West Garages, vehicles with a length that exceeds 19 feet or a total height, including roof racks, of 6' 8" are not permitted in the garages. This includes extended cab, four door cab and tandem axle Pickup Trucks. These vehicles will need to be parked in exterior parking spaces in front of building. Violators will be subject to being booted or towed at the discretion of the Building Manager.
No exceptions. Any damage caused to the Garage Doors, ceiling framing/tiles, electrical/signal cables, plumbing or overhead lights by vehicles violating the 6' 8" height limit will be the sole financial responsibility of the vehicle owner or rental vehicle operator. Any questions concerning parking please contact Building Manager for assistance. Copies of the Association Parking Policy are available in the lobby foilio. Copper Mountain Resort does provide overflow parking in the Alpine Lot located adjacent to the resort entrance.

Public Bus Stops
- The Center Village Bus Stop is located 200 yards to the left of the Telemark Lodge entrance:
- You can walk to the Center Village Bus Stop and catch a Resort Shuttle Bus to the to the Union Creek and East Village Lift areas.
- You can walk to the Center Village Bus Stop and catch the the free Summit Stage to Frisco, Silverthorne, Breckenridge, Dillon, Keystone and A-Basin. Visit the Summit Stage website or download their free APP.
